Skiing and snowboarding experiences are often seen as a privilege.
We want to see more diversity in the industry. R.A.T.S aims to shift the identity of the traditional ski instructor, through inviting people from various social backgrounds to be given the chance to thrive and develop as coaches.
Ski instructors make on average £45 - £55 per hour
